Accordng to this article, Rove may have "dodged the bullet" in the Plame investigation. Time will tell. It looks like most of the sources for this opinion are lawyers "close to the case". Since one can't tell which side of the fence these lawyers are on, it's hard to give this story much importance. If they're on Rove's side, it behooves them to spin in his favor. If they are lawyers close to Fitzgerald, it may be true. We'll just have to wait and see.
