More fallout from the ethical ramifications of a torture-interrogation policy: Should physicians and caregivers participate? I doubt that any truly ethical American would hesitate for even one second to debate the issue; he would answer with a loud and resounding, "No way."

But here in the surreality of Bush-World, where up is down and down is up, where black is white and white is black -- the debate
must commence.
