C.I.A. Asks Criminal Inquiry Over Secret-Prison Article - New York Times

O.K. Let me get this straight. The administration denies the existence of Secret Prisons and then the ever-brilliant Republicans, in an attempt to distract from the Plame investigation, demand that the Intelligence Committees of the House and Senate investigate whether classified material on secret prisons has been leaked. Well if the prisons don't exist, how can someone be accused of leaking information about their existence? Ooops.
To make matters worse, hypocracy-wise, the Republican Senate rejected a Democratic call for an independent commission to investigate claims of abuses of detainees in American custody.
Do these people have a clue how rediculous they are?
