The Nation, Now Profitable, Has a New Commander - New York Times

CLICK TO READ: The Nation, Now Profitable, Has a New Commander - New York Times:

I love "The Nation" but figured maybe 15 other people actually knew what it was and out of those maybe 7 read it, so this quote made my day: "The Nation had struggled more than most over the years, not making a dime for most of its 140-year existence and nearly sinking beneath the waves a few times. But its circulation, now 187,000, has doubled since George W. Bush became president in 2001, and the magazine started turning a profit, for the first time, in 2003."

Irony of ironies, Bushie was responsible for helping the success of one of the most liberal magazines on earth. Ain't it great?
