MPs unite for inquiry into Blair's conduct over Iraq

CLICK TO READ: MPs unite for inquiry into Blair's conduct over Iraq by Michael Smith - Sunday Times - Times Online:

SMITH: "TONY BLAIR is set to face an unprecedented parliamentary inquiry into his conduct in the run-up to the Iraq war...."

THE UNKNOWN CANDIDATE: This, I believe, is good news for those of us demanding an inquiry into the use of intelligence in the lead-up to the Iraqi war by our own government.

I have no doubt that Bush and Cheney will try to stonewall the Senate investigation and any requests for release of sensitive documents. I can already hear them calling "executive priviledge!" at every turn.

This parallel British investigation may shed some light on those things our administration attempts to hide. At least we can hope so.
