Raw Story reports:
In Sunday's paper, conservative New York Times columnist David Brooks attacks the founder of Daily Kos for acting like a "Kingpin" who "commands his followers" to "unleash their venom on those who stand in the way." [...]Aww, Brooksie, thou protesteth too much. From the rancidity of the venom thou speweth forth, methinks you are a wee jealous of The Keyboard Kingpin. Is not what truly troubles ye the fact that Kos has managed to break through the media clutter, both on and offline? Does it not nettle ye? Poor, poor Brooksie. Worried that your own self-importance is on the wane?
"The Keyboard Kingpin, aka Markos Moulitsas Zuniga, sits at his computer, fires up his Web site, Daily Kos, and commands his followers, who come across like squadrons of rabid lambs, to unleash their venom on those who stand in the way," writes Brooks. "And in this way the Kingpin has made himself a mighty force in his own mind, and every knee shall bow."

...As David, and all the other right wing bloviators, become more fearful of a fully functioning and full-throated Democratic Party, they will try to smear those that are making a difference in our party, those like Markos Moulitsas Zuniga....

If this report concerning David Brooks' next column is at all true then the media truely are loosing it. Anyone remotely familiar with Daily Kos knows that no one is blindly following Kos. Open criticism and disagreement is the hallmark of Kos, throughout the communinty. Brooks is nuts.
