Stephen Colbert may have just discovered the next guy idiotic enough to out-stupid George, qualifying him to become the next Republican presidential candidate. He's none other than Congressman Lynn A. Westmoreland, "representing" (you'll understand why I put that in quotes in a minute) the 8th District of Georgia.
Colbert is brilliant and Westmoreland, well, he's in a class all by himself.

Colbert: What can we get rid of to balance the budget?
Westmoreland: The Dept. of Education.

Westmoreland: You mean all of them?--Um... Don't murder. Don't lie. Don't steal Um... I can't name them all.
