The Krug Man asks, should not wealthy Americans help pay for the nation's military effort during wartime? To most Americans, the answer is a no-brainer: Our security is more important than tax cuts for the priviledged.

But to the Tom DeLays and Bill Frists of the world, there is an entirely different agenda.
