Finally, after weeks of no response, the Pentagon has agreed to allow Able Danger officials to testify before Congress. Hopefully, their testimony will reveal information excluded by the 9/11 commission.
More than half of the House members signed a letter sent to Sec. of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, written by Rep. Curt Weldon, "requesting that the Pentagon allow the participants in the cell, known as Able Danger, to testify in open congressional hearings."
Despite Weldon's request for open hearings, Gordon England, the acting deputy secretary of defense, responded, “In our judgment, a closed hearing is preferable to better assure that classified information will not be inadvertently released, but we will work with the committees to arrive at an approach that is acceptable.”
It's a start.

The Former Able Danger Co, Capt. Phillpott is not a good person. I understand that he is currently under a Naval Inpsector General investigation for becoming an accessory to violation of the civil rights of a African-American sailor onboard the USS Leyte Gulf.
I also understand that The NAVY IG's and COMNAVSURFLANT are trying to White Wash the results to help Capt. Phillpott and ruin the African American sailor to save any reputation that Capt. Scott Jon Phillpott has left.
If he commited the crime then why are the NAVY IGs and COMNAVSURFLANT committing perjury for him. Double standards are illegal.
