Tony Snow certainly has the right 'name' credentials to be The House of Spin's new Press Secretary. To "snow" someone, according to my trusty dictionary, is "to mislead or charm with elaborate and insincere words." You know, as in snowing the nation into believing Iraq had weapons of mass destruction and posed an immediate threat to our national security.
I can hardly wait for this partisan, Fox Spin Doctor to try out his pretty-boy snow-job on the press.
Will mainstream journalists cut through the crap and report the truth this time? If history is any indicator, we're already chin-deep in doo doo.
