Video: Bush, Chertoff Warned before Katrina
Prepare to get your dander up.This newly released video dramatically shows that federal disaster officials warned George W. and Chertoff the day before Hurricane Katrina struck that the storm could breach levees, put lives at risk in New Orleans' Superdome and overwhelm rescuers.
Even more disturbing, Bush did not ask one single question during this final briefing before Katrina struck.
Worse still? Four days later Bush publicly declared, "I don't think anybody anticipated the breach of the levees" that gushed deadly flood waters into New Orleans.
Is he impeached yet?
