According to BBC News, "US journalist Jill Carroll has appeared in a fresh video, shown on Kuwaiti television, urging that the demands of her Iraqi kidnappers be met.
'I am fine. Please just do whatever they want... There is a very short time,' says Ms Carroll, of the Christian Science Monitor newspaper.
She was seized more than a month ago and has appeared on two other videos. The latest was aired on al-Rai TV.
She says she is being held by the 'mujahideen' in Iraq.
In a previous video the captors identified themselves as the Revenge Brigades.
Ms Carroll, 28, was seated during the new black-and-white video and wore an Islamic veil. She addressed the camera in a firm voice. She gives the date as 2 February.
'I am with the mujahideen. I sent you a letter written by my hand, but you wanted more evidence, so we are sending you this letter now to prove I am with the mujahideen,' she says.

An editor at al-Rai told Associated Press news agency the station had received a letter but would not give its contents. The channel said it was handing the letter to Kuwaiti authorities.
Ms Carroll was kidnapped on 7 January in Baghdad while on the way to interview Sunni Arab leader Adnan al-Dulaimi.
She appeared in videos on 17 and 30 January shown on al-Jazeera television.
