"Working people have had enough of disappearing jobs, unaffordable health care, stagnant wages, retirement insecurity, corrupt politicians and a congressional majority that rubber-stamps President Bush’s anti-worker policies.
On Nov. 7 we can take back America for working families—if we vote.
Across the country, working family activists have done an incredible job countering special interest money-power with people-power and educating voters about candidates’ positions on key issues. We’ve made these elections incredibly close. As a result, critical races will be decided this year by just a few thousand—maybe a few hundred—votes. Truly, every vote counts. Please don’t let anything keep you from voting, and do all you can to get other working family voters to the polls.
Working America and the AFL-CIO have carefully researched candidates and endorsed those who will fight for working families. Find out who is on your side by clicking here.
This is it. You can change your state and America for the better. You have the power.
Please vote." --Working America, AFL-CIO
