Before you vote, ask yourself what kind of role model you want for your children and for America's children? John McCain and Sarah Palin, who appeal to our basest instincts, offering more of the division, hatred, and win-by-any-means-politics we've seen for far too many years?
Or Barack Obama and Joe Biden who inspire us to be better people, to take responsibility for ourselves and for one another, and to aspire to our higher selves?
Ask yourself what lessons your children are learning from the astounding lack of truthfulness and ethics displayed by the McCain campaign?
What would your child think if they picked up the phone and heard one of John McCain's hateful robo calls?
What will you say to your children when they point to John McCain's lies and distortions as reason enough for them to lie to you?
Is that the kind of moral behavior you want to instill in your children?
Think, people, before you vote.
