Bush and his Press Secretary Tony Snow for their flip flop on the idea that America was 'winning' in Iraq. The segment includes clips from Bush's Wednesday press conference and discusses his earlier interview with the Washington Post, in which the president was quoted pointing to the formulation of his new Defense Secretary that America was neither winning nor losing the war in Iraq.
